Return & Refund

Return ANY ITEM for ANY REASON within 30 days of delivery! We do not ask you anything but only feedback! You may also cancel your subscription at any time, however, we cannot refund partially for the period you opted-in.


We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a lecxis.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you are returning an item and it looks like new, we will refund your %100  money. scratched or shows signs of wear which does not look like a new item, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, NO refund will be issued for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery. Item must be received at our returns processing facility within 30 days of delivery*.

You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund within 7 days, but we estimate four weeks due to the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 2 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

 

You may return defective and damaged items at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. ** Your return shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

 

Products Returned After 30 days

 

Because products devalue over time, unfortunately, we can not offer refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy! Please follow these steps to start the return process:

 

1. Chat with our customer service agents to get the mailing address and give us the order number. (Alternatively, you can send us an email to customer@lecxis.com or call us on 856-359-0578.)

2. Send the item(s) by any mail you would prefer
3. Wait up to 2 days at the time of delivery your returned item(s)
